CashFlow Board Game 101

My wife and i went for the Cashflow Board Game at expo.

Both of us registered for this cashflow board game at last minutes yesterday. Luckily there's still 2 available slot for us. ^_^

This board game start at 9am till 12pm.

Actually my wife and i played this board game before. But the one we play is CD version.

So today my wife and i decided to come to expo to join this cashflow game event to find out what's the difference between the CD version and this board version.

After played for about 2 hours ++, i managed to get out from the rat race.

And i am proud to say that i am the 1st one to get out from the rat race. Hehe..

But we couldn't finished the game due to the time is up once i get out from the rat race.

During this game play, i realized that playing with computer is totally difference when playing with other peoples.

In Cd version, the computer will do most of the calculation for us. But in board game, we have to do everything by ourself.

And it trained us how to calculate and managed our balance sheet.

It is a very educated game which we ever played before.

My wife and i decide to come back here to play again when there's a such event in singapore.

Financial education is very important for all of us. Everyone is struggling almost everyday for financial freedom.

By playing this board game, it give us a a hint and knowledge on how to achieve our own financial freedom.

A lot of peoples are queueing for registration at the registration counter.

After registered, we sat out side the hall and wait for the game to be started.

A lot of peoples come to this CashFlow Event. And all of them come from difference profession.

Saw this 3 cute little statue while i was queueing to buy drink.

Game started at 9am. Everyone is waiting for instruction to play the game.

After the game started, the 1st thing we need to do is fill up our balance sheet based on the profession that we get on the profession card.

This is my profession card. In this game, my profession is a Police Officer with a monthly cashflow of $1,120.

I'm out from the rat race!! Yeah!!

This is my group. We managed to help each other to play smooth on this game.

Everyone is busy with the game.

Robert Kiyosaki Seminar Preview

Robert Kiyosaki is well known for his motivational book, Poor Dad Rich Dad.
I am one of his fan since 2003. He is a businessman and also a investor.
I saw from facebook few days back that he is coming to Singapore at May.
And there's a seminar preview available at Holiday Inn Hotel.
So i booked 2 seats few days back and go there together with my wife.
My wife and i wish to enhance our financial knowledge so we can retire early as what been suggested by Robert Kiyosaki.
Since the seminar preview start at 7pm, i bring my wife to go the suntec career fair 2009 first.
We wonder how many people is looking for job at this economy crisis.
When we reach there, we can see the crowds is more than expected.
A lot of people are looking for job.
After 30 minutes later, we decided to go Esplanade since the time is still early.
The weather is very hot. So we didn't spent much time at esplanade.
We went to Holiday Inn Hotel after we left esplanade.
Once we reached Holiday Inn Hotel, we saw a very beautiful scene just opposite the Holiday Inn Hotel. We never went to this place before.
So we take a walk there and try to figure out what place is that.
Finally we saw a signboard there. This place is called Robertson Quay.
It is located at Singapore River. The scene here is very beautiful. And opposite the river is beautiful condo.
We both feel very relax and comfortable when we walk around here.
Hard to find such a beautiful and comfortable place nowadays.
After take a rest here for about 1 hour, we went back to Holiday Inn Hotel for the seminar preview.
Upon we reached the level 3, we can see a lot of people are waiting at the entrance for registration.
It seem like Robert Kiyosaki have a lot of singapore fans too. Hehe...
This Seminar preview last for 2 hours. Although it is just a preview, but my wife and i learn a lot of new things about financial knowledge.
And actually we also thinking of joining the actual seminar at may, but the ticket for this seminar is a bit out of budget for us.
The ticket is selling at $1888 each. = ="
The price is not expensive, but we had over budget for this month.
So we decided to join the seminar next time.
Hopefully Robert Kiyosaki will come to singapore for seminar again after May. ^^

A lot of crowds are surrounding here for job.

This cooker attract my attention when he is cooking. The way he cook and craft the watermelon is amazing.

Looking at some of the poeple face here, it easily noticed that some of them are depressing at looking for a secure job during this crisis.


My wife wonder when will this crisis be over. This is the worst ever crisis we ever seen before.

Since outside the esplanade is too hot, we went into the esplanade and enjoy the air - condition in there.
